Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Mallika Chugh as the Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications. Her addition to the leadership team marks a strategic move to strengthen the resort’s brand presence, digital engagement, and communication strategy in both domestic and international markets.

Mallika brings extensive experience in marketing strategy, communication planning, brand positioning, and digital initiatives across leading luxury hospitality brands. Her work spans integrated campaigns, brand-building projects, and narrative-led communication designed to elevate visibility and connect with modern travellers. Her diversified portfolio includes PR assignments, multi-property communication roles, and digital-first campaign development.

Before joining Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, Mallika was associated with well-known hospitality groups, where she managed PR, digital, and marketing functions across multiple regions. In her most recent role, she handled cluster-level marketing communications, overseeing repositioning efforts, destination-focused campaigns, and audience engagement across domestic and global markets.

In her new role at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, Mallika will lead the marketing and communications department, guiding brand strategy, content creation, media relations, digital storytelling, and partnership-driven initiatives. Her primary focus will be to enhance the resort’s visibility by showcasing its architectural grandeur, desert landscape, and culturally rich experiences tailored for Indian and international guests.
