His journey began in Pune and Nagpur, but Kuldeep’s leadership experience spans the country, from The Fern Residency in Aurangabad and Navi Mumbai to Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, where he was recognized for exceptional team performance and guest satisfaction—scoring 94.5% in BSA, 100% in Mystery Shopper Audit, and 99% in AES. He was also a recipient of the Marriott Global Platinum Circle Award, a rare recognition for excellence in F&B leadership.
Known for his pre-opening expertise, Kuldeep has successfully led launches at hotels such as Le Meridien Nagpur, HYATT Raipur, and Hotel Sun n Sand Nagpur, demonstrating an exceptional ability to build systems, train staff, implement SOPs, and align service delivery with brand standards. His hands-on style and meticulous attention to detail have made him a go-to expert for setting up everything from kitchen logistics to bar menus and banquet operations.
