NEW DELHI, June 1, 2026 — EaseMyTrip has unveiled its Vision 2030 strategy, outlining plans to expand its artificial intelligence capabilities, strengthen its hotel business and accelerate international growth. The announcement came alongside the company’s FY26 financial results, which highlighted rising demand for hotels, holiday packages and cross-border travel services.
The strategy reflects a broader shift in the travel industry as online platforms diversify beyond flight bookings and focus on building integrated travel ecosystems that combine accommodation, experiences and digital travel services.
EaseMyTrip Vision 2030 Prioritizes AI and Travel Innovation
Under its Vision 2030 roadmap, EaseMyTrip plans to invest heavily in AI-driven travel solutions. The company has already expanded integrations with ChatGPT and upgraded its EVA virtual assistant to offer more personalized travel planning and customer support.
The focus on conversational commerce and intelligent recommendations aims to improve customer engagement while simplifying trip discovery, booking and management across multiple travel categories.
Hotel Segment Emerges as a Key Growth Driver
EaseMyTrip reported significant momentum in its hotels and holiday packages business during the fourth quarter of FY26. Revenue from the segment increased 148 percent year over year, making it one of the company’s fastest-growing verticals.
Hotel room night bookings reached 552,000 during the quarter, averaging nearly 6,000 room nights each day. The performance highlights growing consumer demand for accommodation bookings and travel packages beyond traditional air ticketing services.
International Expansion Gains Momentum Through Dubai
International operations also contributed strongly to the company’s growth. EaseMyTrip’s Dubai business generated gross booking revenue of ₹453 crore during the quarter, representing growth of nearly 96 percent compared with the previous year.
The company reported full-year gross booking revenue of ₹1,531 crore from Dubai operations and identified the city as a strategic hub for expanding its international travel network and cross-border services.
Travel Platform Diversifies Beyond Airline Bookings
EaseMyTrip's Vision 2030 framework includes five strategic pillars focused on non-air travel services, AI innovation, international growth, emerging travel categories and expansion initiatives supported by a proposed ₹500 crore fund raise approved by the board.
The company is also targeting growing segments such as luxury travel, heritage tourism, spiritual tourism and premium travel experiences, areas that continue to attract increasing interest from Indian travelers.
Competition Intensifies in India's Online Travel Market
India's online travel sector remains highly competitive, with major players investing in loyalty programs, artificial intelligence tools and international travel offerings. Industry participants continue to expand into higher-margin businesses including hotels, experiences and ancillary travel services.
EaseMyTrip maintains its focus on operational efficiency and profitability while pursuing growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Future Growth Tied to Full-Stack Travel Ecosystems
The company’s long-term strategy mirrors wider industry trends where travel platforms seek to become comprehensive travel ecosystems rather than standalone ticketing providers. AI-powered recommendations, personalized services and integrated booking experiences are increasingly shaping the future of digital travel commerce.
As consumer preferences evolve, EaseMyTrip aims to strengthen its position across accommodation, travel experiences and international services while leveraging technology to support future growth.
