Beverly Hills Restaurants Launch World Cup 2026 Culinary Goals Programme This June
Beverly Hills restaurants launch a World Cup Culinary Goals dining programme from June 12 to July 10 with global menus and specialty cocktails. Read more here.
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 29, 2026 — The Beverly Hills World Cup Dining 2026 Conference and Visitors Bureau has launched Culinary Goals, a citywide dining programme running from June 12 to July 10 across Beverly Hills hotels and restaurants, timed to coincide with the 2026 FIFA World Cup and designed to bring globally inspired dishes and specialty cocktails to some of the city's most iconic dining rooms throughout the tournament.
The programme draws participation from a broad cross-section of Beverly Hills' hospitality establishments, from the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel to the rooftop at SIXTY Beverly Hills, each creating original menus and cocktails that reflect the global geography of the World Cup field rather than defaulting to a generic sports bar format. Further information is available at lovebeverlyhills.com.
The programme sits alongside a parallel run of World Cup-themed programming at Lawry's Restaurants, a first-year anniversary celebration at Lucia on Fairfax, and the return of the annual Barnsdall Fridays Wine Nights series, making early June one of the busiest periods for Los Angeles area dining programming in recent memory.
What Beverly Hills Restaurants Are Offering During the Culinary Goals Programme
Viviane Restaurant at Avalon Beverly Hills will run a daily Appetizers of the World happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. featuring hanger steak sliders, Asian salad crispy rice, and rotating specialties. At Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, a Four Seasons Hotel, CUT Lounge will host World Cup viewing parties with stadium-style seating reconfigured from the room's existing furniture, serving elevated bar food including steak frites and Wagyu sliders alongside rotating themed cocktails throughout the tournament.
Across Costa Covo and the rooftop lounge Poza at L'Ermitage Beverly Hills, lunch and dinner pairings include the "Pacific Standard" tequila cocktail alongside buttermilk fried chicken oysters, and a "Kiwi Coast" gin cocktail paired with grilled New Zealand lamb chops with mint chermoula. Marea Beverly Hills will serve elevated small plates across its bar, lounge, and terrace, including pomme frites with caviar crème fraîche, sopa Paraguaya layered with stracciatella and prosciutto, and langoustine fritti with Calabrian crunch aioli.
SIXTY Beverly Hills' rooftop bar and lounge will feature Belgian frites, Swiss rösti bites, a "Persian Garden" gin cocktail, and a Paraguayan guava chilcano. The Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel debuts two limited-edition cocktails, "The World Coupe," a tequila cocktail garnished with a dragon fruit soccer ball, and "The Stadium Spritz," a combination of elderflower and Provence rosé.
The Beverly Hilton's specialty menu includes Belgian frites, a Turkish Doner kebab, and zuger kirschtorte, a traditional Swiss cherry brandy meringue cake, paired with a New Zealand sauvignon blanc. The Maybourne Beverly Hills' Terrace offers a range from Belgian-style moules frites to medallion of venison with wild strawberries and mousseline potatoes, alongside a Swiss-inspired mocha roulade with Felchlin milk chocolate mousse. The Peninsula Beverly Hills serves classic American mini hotdogs, flaked steak skewers with chimichurri and charred shishito, and Turkish mezze dips with grilled pita, with specialty cocktails including the "Pacific Hibiscus" mezcal cocktail and "The Alpine Nightcap."
Lawry's The Prime Rib Adds World Cup and Summer Programming

From June 1 through 30, guests who book Monday through Friday during the first hour of dinner service from 5 to 6 p.m. receive a complimentary cart-side trio of Lawry's classic sides, creamed corn, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes, plus 50% off valet with any prime rib dinner purchase. A limited-time three-course prix fixe dinner runs from June 5 through 20 at $83 per person, built around the Famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad, lobster bisque, roasted prime ribs of beef, and dessert choices including dark chocolate fantasy cake and vanilla crème brûlée. Premium cut upgrades are available. Graduating high school and college students receive a complimentary dessert through June 30, which at the Beverly Hills location means the See's x Lawry's C.C. Lucia on Fairfax Marks One Year with Three-Day Carnival Weekend
Sam Jordan's modern Afro-Caribbean restaurant Lucia at 351 N. Fairfax Ave. marks its first anniversary with a three-day Carnival-inspired celebration running Friday, May 29, through Sunday, May 31, timed immediately before National Caribbean-American Heritage Month begins on June 1. Two-time James Beard Award finalist Chef Cleophus "Ophus" Hethington will debut new additions alongside Lucia's established signatures including the Wagyu beef patty and jerk lamb shank. New dishes include octopus pholourie, coconut-braised octopus with spiced aloo, shado beni, and peppa sauce, and snow crab claws "Oil Down" with coconut turmeric glaze, crispy hearts of palm, and herbs. Barnsdall Fridays Wine Nights Return for 17th Year
The 17th annual Barnsdall Fridays Wine Nights begin May 29 and run through September 11, held every Friday from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Barnsdall Art Park, atop Olive Hill at Hollyhock House, Los Angeles' only UNESCO World Heritage Site, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. General admission is $55, covering four glasses of wine from Silverlake Wine alongside a rotating lineup of local food trucks and DJ performances. A limited number of $90 tickets provide after-hours access to the historic Hollyhock House through interior tours. All proceeds support arts programming and preservation at the park, with this year's fundraising considered particularly significant given proposed budget and staffing cuts to the city's Department of Cultural Affairs. Tickets are available at barnsdall.org. Barnsdall Art Park is located at 4800 Hollywood Blvd.
