Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Bareilly, has announced the appointment of Shweta Khandelwal as the new General Manager, marking an important step in strengthening the hotel’s leadership team and enhancing operational and commercial excellence.

With a strong background in hospitality management, Shweta will oversee a wide spectrum of responsibilities including guest experience enhancement, team development, operational efficiency, revenue growth, strategic planning, and sales and marketing initiatives. Before joining Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bareilly, Shweta served as the General Manager at ITC Welcome Katra, a Private Limited entity based in Jammu (Katra). During her tenure, she contributed significantly to improving operational performance, increasing profitability, and executing marketing and commercial strategies. She led multiple cross-functional teams and focused on process optimisation, financial oversight, and customer satisfaction.

Shweta hails from Jaipur, Rajasthan and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan as well as an MBA from Symbiosis Institute, Pune. Her academic background and on-ground experience align with the evolving demands of hospitality leadership in competitive markets.
