Sanjeev Mandal has built an impressive career, primarily with Marriott International. He started in Food & Beverage operations, where he specialized in fine dining experiences and large-scale catering events. His expertise and leadership abilities led him to hold key managerial positions at various Marriott properties.
In 2017, Mandal was appointed General Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu, where he earned multiple accolades, including The Best General Manager’s Award. His strategic approach to market positioning and premium pricing was later evident at Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, where he played a key role in elevating the hotel’s status among urban travelers.
