Throughout his career, Shibli has held key sales leadership positions at several top hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Premier Inn, Accor, and Sarovar Hotels. Prior to his current role, he served at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, where he played a crucial role in enhancing sales performance and achieving major business milestones.
