Chef Soham Dhar brings over a decade of international culinary experience, having worked in Michelin-recognized restaurants and top-tier hospitality brands across the globe. His food philosophy centers around more than just flavor — for him, cuisine is an emotional experience that blends culture, celebration, and connection.
A proud alumnus of IHM Bhubaneswar, Chef Dhar’s journey into the culinary world began with an early fascination for international flavors. This passion quickly evolved into a career driven by discipline, creativity, and the pursuit of culinary excellence. His remarkable work was recognized with the prestigious TOI Food & Nightlife Award – Chef of the Year 2023.
