Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments Pune has appointed Birendra Singh as Food & Beverage Manager, strengthening its leadership team as the property sharpens focus on operational performance and guest-centric dining experiences.

Singh brings more than 13 years of hospitality experience across branded hotel environments, with a background in managing multi-outlet food and beverage operations, banquet services and service quality programs. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s overall F&B strategy, including restaurants, lounges, banqueting and service delivery standards.

Industry observers note that food and beverage functions have become central to hotel profitability and brand differentiation, particularly in business and mixed-use destinations such as Pune where meetings, events and corporate travel contribute significantly to revenue streams. Effective leadership in this segment often translates directly into higher guest satisfaction and stronger commercial outcomes.

Prior to this appointment, Singh served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at a Marriott-branded property in Bhopal, where he supervised daily operations and coordinated cross-department teams to enhance service efficiency. Over the course of his career, he has worked with established hospitality brands across Bengaluru and other key markets, gaining experience in restaurant and bar management, banquet execution, training and guest engagement.

He is recognised for maintaining strong customer feedback metrics and consistently driving operational improvements through structured processes, team development and adherence to brand standards.

At Four Points by Sheraton Pune, Singh will focus on elevating service benchmarks, refining outlet concepts and strengthening the hotel’s positioning in the local dining and events landscape. His mandate also includes improving operational efficiencies and delivering consistent experiences aligned with Marriott’s global quality framework.
