AirAsia Launches New Chiang Mai–Udon Thani Route with Seamless Access to Laos

AirAsia continues to enhance regional connectivity in Thailand with the launch of a new Chiang Mai–Udon Thani route, set to begin operations on 1 December 2025. The airline will operate four flights per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, providing travelers with increased flexibility and convenience, especially during the year-end travel season.

This new domestic connection will not only boost tourism and economic ties between Northern and Northeastern Thailand, but also offer travelers an easy onward journey to Vientiane, Laos, thanks to Udon Thani’s strategic proximity to the Laos border.
