Hilton Jaipur has announced the promotion of Satish Tiwari to the position of Director of Operations, marking an important leadership transition within the hotel’s management team.
Tiwari has been associated with Hilton Jaipur for more than 3.6 years, during which he served as Commercial Director and played a key role in driving the hotel’s commercial growth and strengthening its market presence in the city. During his tenure, he contributed to significant improvements in top-line revenue, expansion of market share, and positioning the property among the leading hospitality destinations in Jaipur.
He was also responsible for managing large-volume ODC (Outdoor Catering) business, which helped the hotel maintain a strong market ranking within the competitive hospitality landscape.
As part of his leadership development journey, Tiwari successfully completed the SHINE 2 programme in 2025, an internal leadership initiative by Hilton designed to develop future leaders within the organisation.
His promotion reflects Hilton’s focus on recognising internal talent and providing opportunities for team members to grow into broader leadership roles. In his new position as Director of Operations, Tiwari will oversee the hotel’s operational performance and focus on strengthening service standards, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting the overall business performance of the property.
