- Fortune Select Global, Gurgaon (2004-2016) – Worked for 12 years, eventually becoming Food and Beverage Manager, leading banquet operations, restaurant services, and sales promotions.

Since August 2022, Amit Mukherjee has been leading Pushkara Sarovar Portico, Dibrugarh, a 57-room luxury property in the Tea City of Assam.
