Aimee Lorenzo has been appointed Director of Human Resources at OUTRIGGER Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa in Kauai

OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group announced the appointment of Aimee Lorenzo as the new Director of Human Resources at OUTRIGGER Kaua'i Beach Resort & Spa, effective April 21, 2025.

In her new role, Lorenzo will lead the design and implementation of innovative and targeted HR strategies to support the resort's current and future workforce needs. Her responsibilities will include policy development and communication, host engagement and retention programs, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. She will also play a key role in upholding and promoting The OUTRIGGER Way, fostering a values-driven, inclusive and respectful workplace culture.

Lorenzo brings more than 20 years of comprehensive human resources experience, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources at Kōloa Landing Resort on Kaua'i. Her extensive background spans recruitment, employee relations, compliance, labor relations, and benefits administration.

A dedicated community advocate, Lorenzo actively contributes her expertise as a member of the Kaua'i High School AOHT Advisory Board and the Human & Sustainability Services Advisory Board with the Kaua'i Economic Development Board. She also serves as Chair of the Civil Service Commission for Kaua'I County.
