Dan Fitzgerald has been appointed Complex Commercial Director at Conrad Punta de Mita and Hilton Los Cabos

Conrad Punta de Mita and Hilton Los Cabos are pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Fitzgerald as Complex Commercial Director. With more than two decades of luxury hospitality experience and vast knowledge of the Hilton brand, Fitzgerald will oversee commercial sales, events, and marketing teams for both award-winning resorts with a strategic approach to generate business within the leisure, corporate events, and international sectors.

Since 2020, Fitzgerald has served as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton Los Cabos, successfully repositioning the property to a luxury resort following an extensive renovation resulting in a number of accolades including a Forbes 4 Star Rating, as well as internal recognition from Hilton including "Sales Team of the Year" and "Commercial Leader of the Year." Fitzgerald's promotion to Complex Commercial Director will allow him to blend his contagious passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership and forward-thinking approach to usher in an enhanced resort experience with best-in-class amenities and renowned service for guests of Conrad Punta de Mita and Hilton Los Cabos.

Prior to his work with Hilton, Fitzgerald had the opportunity to work at Schulte Hospitality Group as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Sales. In addition, his storied career as an industry leader includes serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for a variety of West Coast resorts and hotels including The Hotel Irvine, The Beverly Hilton, and Hilton Hotel Costa Mesa, as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pacific Hospitality Group in Irvine, CA.
