Strengthening the Conrad Pune appointment

Siddhartha Tripathi joins the executive team with more than 15 years of professional experience. His career includes expertise in restaurant operations, event management, and beverage services. Before this role, he held the position of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. His previous work history also features leadership roles at JW Marriott Pune and The Westin Pune Koregaon Park.

Operational Focus and Strategic Vision

In his new capacity, Siddhartha will manage the hotel’s dining outlets, bars, and event venues. He will collaborate with the culinary, sales, and marketing departments to boost revenue and develop new dining concepts. His responsibilities also include staff training and maintaining premium service standards. Abhishek Sahai, General Manager of Conrad Pune, noted that Siddhartha’s background and knowledge of the local market make him a valuable addition to the leadership team.
