NEW DELHI — Marriott International has promoted Dilpreet Singh to Vice President, Operations, South Asia and Franchise Operations, expanding his responsibilities to cover the entire South Asia region.
Singh will continue to oversee Franchise Operations alongside his new regional mandate.
Dilpreet Singh's Marriott Career Began at JW Marriott Aerocity
Singh joined Marriott International in 2015 as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi. He went on to serve as General Manager of JW Marriott Chandigarh before moving into the Area team in 2018.
Most recently, Singh served as Senior Director of Operations for North India, Nepal and Bhutan, and Franchise Operations.
Nearly Two Decades at Indian Hotels Company Preceded Marriott Tenure
Before joining Marriott, Singh spent over 19 years with The Indian Hotels Company Limited, holding leadership roles across food and beverage, catering and hotel operations, including General Manager of Taj Gateway Resort, Dumdama.
His more than three decades in hospitality span hotel operations, food and beverage, pre-openings and regional leadership roles.
Dilpreet Singh Promoted as Vice President Operations South Asia and Franchise Operations at Marriott
In his new position, Singh will be responsible for operations across the entire South Asia region while continuing to oversee Franchise Operations. He will continue to report to Silvio Rosenberger and Kiran Andicot.
