Emmanuelle Lacoste has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources for Northern Europe at Hyatt Hotels Corporation

Hyatt has announced the appointment of Emmanuelle Lacoste as Regional Vice-President of Human Resources for Northern Europe, bringing over thirty years of experience in the hospitality sector, including 26 years with Hyatt.

With this appointment, Emmanuelle Lacoste will be responsible for Hyatt's HR operations across Northern Europe, thereby strengthening the company's leadership team in this region. She assumed her role in September 2024.

Throughout her career, Emmanuelle Lacoste has gained significant experience in human resources, employee development, and hotel management, both at Hyatt and elsewhere.

Previously, she served as the Director of Human Resources for France at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile for over ten years, from October 2014 until her recent promotion. Before that, she worked as the Director of Human Resources for Southern Europe and North Africa at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme, where she oversaw HR strategies from 2008 to 2014.

Her background also includes positions such as Regional Director of Training for France at the Hyatt Regency Paris Charles de Gaulle and Director of Rooms at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine. Lacoste began her hospitality career at InterContinental Hotels Group, where she held several management roles in London and Paris.
