Novotel Pune Nagar Road Appoints Tarun Kumar Mishra as Director of Finance

Novotel Pune Nagar Road has appointed Tarun Kumar Mishra as its new Director of Finance, strengthening its leadership team with a hospitality finance professional who brings more than 21 years of industry experience.

Before joining the Pune property, Mishra served as Director, Finance & Procurement at Novotel New Delhi City Centre. During his career, he has held senior finance roles with Marriott International, The Oberoi Group, and Zuri Hospitality, leading financial operations across hotel properties and corporate offices.

His expertise includes financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, cost management, business controls, and operational efficiency.

In his new role at Novotel Pune Nagar Road, Mishra will oversee the hotel's finance function, including financial planning, governance, compliance, and business performance. He will also work closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the hotel's long-term growth.

Mishra holds an MBA in Finance, along with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Commerce. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing strong financial systems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth through disciplined financial leadership.
