Sirikarn Tayanasanti Appointed Multi-Property Director of Finance

Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach and Le Méridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa have announced the appointment of Sirikarn Tayanasanti (Khun Pear) as their new Multi-Property Director of Finance.

With more than 12 years of experience with Marriott International, Sirikarn brings extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, operational performance, and team development.

Throughout her career with Marriott, she has demonstrated strong financial leadership while supporting business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering collaborative teams. Her experience and understanding of hospitality finance make her a valuable addition to the leadership teams of both properties.

In her new role, Sirikarn will oversee financial operations across Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach and Le Méridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa, supporting financial planning, business performance, and strategic decision-making.
