Prior to joining Parallel Hotel Udaipur, Pawan served as Cluster Sales Manager at The Fern Hotels & Resorts (Series by Marriott), where he successfully led corporate and MICE business across multiple properties in Rajasthan. His ability to navigate competitive markets, build high-value partnerships, and implement growth-focused strategies has consistently contributed to improved revenue across his portfolio.
