Pritam Srivastava Appointed as Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana

Hyatt Regency Ludhiana has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Pritam Srivastava as Human Resources Manager.

With over five years of experience in hospitality human resources, Pritam brings expertise in employee engagement, talent management, HR operations, pre-opening support, and building effective workplace cultures.

Before joining Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, Pritam served as Human Resources Manager at Alila Fort Bishangarh, Jaipur, where he managed HR operations and supported people-focused initiatives for the luxury resort.

His hospitality journey also includes experience with Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Amritsar, where he worked as Human Resources Manager, and Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad, where he served as Assistant Human Resources Manager. He also contributed to the pre-opening task force of Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Vadodara.

In his new role at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, Pritam will oversee human resources operations, employee development initiatives, and initiatives aimed at strengthening team engagement and organisational excellence.

His appointment reflects Hyatt Regency Ludhiana’s continued focus on building a strong leadership team and creating an empowering workplace environment.
