Prior to this appointment, he served as Executive Chef at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) in Bhubaneswar, where he was known for his innovative approach to regional cuisine and operational leadership.

His international exposure includes a key role as Senior Sous Chef at Sun Siyam Olhuveli in the Maldives, where he embraced island-inspired cuisine while managing high-volume, luxury dining operations. At Marriott International, he held multiple critical roles including Head Chef in Visakhapatnam, Executive Sous Chef in Chennai, and Sous Chef in Hyderabad, each contributing to his strong foundation in both Western and Indian gastronomy.
