His association with Four Seasons started early in his career when he joined the opening team of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai in 2008, marking the beginning of a long and impactful journey with the brand.

Over the years, Kartik has taken on influential roles across various Four Seasons properties worldwide. His experience spans:
