Her award-winning dish, Seradura Cannoli, was a masterful creation that reflected both innovation and respect for tradition. Merging the Goan-inspired Portuguese dessert seradura with the Italian classic cannoli, Gargi crafted a dessert that was delicate and imaginative, creamy, crisp and perfectly composed.

 

The Barilla Championship stands as a global celebration of culinary excellence and creativity, recognising chefs who bring authenticity, sustainability and emotion to Italian cuisine. Gargi’s victory in India is not just a personal milestone but also a moment of pride for Goa’s thriving culinary community.
