Genpact Expands Executive Team With Strategic Leadership Appointments

Genpact (NYSE: G), an agentic and advanced technology solutions company, has expanded its executive leadership team with three key appointments designed to accelerate growth under its GenpactNext strategy and drive innovation across its portfolio. 

The appointments were announced on December 10, 2025, and reflect the company’s focus on strengthening leadership in corporate development, enterprise growth, and legal functions as it scales its advanced technology and AI‑led services. 

Vijay Vijayasankar Named Head of Corporate Development

Vijay Vijayasankar has joined Genpact as Head of Corporate Development. In this role, he will lead initiatives to accelerate Genpact’s start‑up partnership ecosystem, fast‑track capability building, and expand the company’s solutions portfolio. Prior to joining Genpact, Vijayasankar held senior leadership positions at IBM Consulting, including Chief Technology Officer for the Americas and Managing Partner for Financial Services. 

Wayne Busch Appointed Head of NextGen Enterprises

Wayne Busch will serve as Head of NextGen Enterprises at Genpact, where he will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with fast‑growing mid‑market companies that represent the next generation of market disruptors. Busch previously held executive roles at NTT Data and spent over two decades at Accenture, where he led multiple segments of financial services and consulting practices.

Sydney Brie Schaub Takes on Role of Chief Legal Officer

Sydney Brie Schaub has been appointed Chief Legal Officer, responsible for leading Genpact’s legal teams and driving an AI‑first transformation of the legal function to further support business value and growth. She joins from Opendoor Technologies and brings experience from legal leadership roles at Google, Square, Rent the Runway, and Gemini.
