Henna Punjabi has been elevated to the role of Multi-Property Director of Marketing, overseeing the branding and communications strategies for both The Ritz-Carlton, Pune and Marriott Suites Pune. With close to two years in the Pune cluster and nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality and media industry, Henna’s career has spanned renowned names including InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, The Oberoi Group, Times of India, and Marriott International. Her sharp acumen in storytelling and her ability to harness digital platforms have helped shape compelling brand narratives across multiple touchpoints.
In her new role, Henna will be responsible for building brand equity through strategic marketing, digital innovation, and public relations while driving visibility for the hotels’ acclaimed restaurants, wellness experiences, and luxury offerings. Her focus remains on blending brand legacy with contemporary storytelling, ensuring every campaign resonates with guests and reflects The Ritz-Carlton’s ethos of elegance and excellence.
Holding a Communications degree and an MBA in Media Management, Henna brings a strong academic foundation to her role, which she balances with creativity, leadership, and a hands-on approach to execution. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, city explorations, and curating musical soundscapes.
