JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Kelvin Lee as its new Director of Rooms. With over 15 years of experience across India’s leading luxury hotels, Kelvin brings strong operational expertise, a guest-first mindset, and a proven track record of elevating service standards across the rooms division.
Trained at the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development
An alumnus of the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD), Kelvin Lee has built a distinguished career with some of India’s most iconic luxury hospitality brands. His professional journey includes associations with The Oberoi Udaivilas, The Oberoi Amarvilas, The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, Trident Bandra Kurla Mumbai, and The Oberoi Gurgaon.
His experience spans pre-opening hotels, rooms division leadership, and Food & Beverage operations, giving him a holistic understanding of hotel operations and guest engagement.
Proven Expertise in Hotel Openings and Operations
Kelvin has played key roles in the successful launch of landmark properties such as Trident Hyderabad and ITC Royal Bengal, Kolkata. Most recently, he served as Front Office Manager at The Oberoi Amarvilas, where he led guest experience delivery and operational excellence at one of India’s most celebrated luxury hotels.
Prior to this, he held a pivotal role in Front Office Operations at Trident Jaipur, overseeing overall hotel operations, financial performance, team development, and service consistency.
