Bringing with him a proven background in security leadership, operational safety, and crisis management, Prashant steps into the role with more than a decade of experience across leading hospitality brands.

Prashant began his hospitality journey in 2007 at Le Meridien Pune, where he started as a Security Associate. His dedication, adaptability, and commitment to high service standards allowed him to build a strong foundation in hotel safety and guest protection early in his career.

Over the years, he has contributed to globally recognised hospitality names such as JW Marriott Pune, Conrad Hilton Pune, and Ibis Pune. His experience spans loss prevention, risk assessment, guest safety, incident response, and compliance implementation—making him a valuable asset in ensuring seamless operational security across hotel environments.

A native of Pune and a graduate of BAMU Aurangabad, Prashant brings a leadership approach grounded in integrity, awareness, and proactive planning. His appointment aligns with the property’s continued focus on enhancing guest safety, improving operational security frameworks, and strengthening risk management practices.
