Masque Awarded Asia’s Art of Hospitality 2026

Masque, the modern Indian restaurant located in Mumbai, has been named the winner of the prestigious Art of Hospitality Award 2026 in the lead‑up to the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants ceremony.

Recognition for Exceptional Service

The award is given to one establishment annually that demonstrates exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and a memorable guest experience. It is voted on by more than 350 members of the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, representing chefs, restaurateurs and industry experts from across the region.

A Decade of Culinary Excellence

Founded in 2016 by restaurateur Aditi Dugar and led by head chef Varun Totlani, Masque has become a global name in innovative Indian fine dining. The restaurant’s seasonal tasting menus, research‑driven approach and attention to detail in both food and service have helped define its reputation.

What Sets Masque Apart

Masque’s hospitality philosophy blends modern techniques with deep Indian cultural values, emphasising warmth, personalised service and immersive dining experiences. Its kitchen team travels across India to source hyperlocal ingredients and uses these in meticulously crafted courses that evolve with the seasons.

Looking Ahead

The Art of Hospitality Award is one of several honours announced prior to the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 event, scheduled to take place in Hong Kong later this year. Masque’s recognition further cements its status as a leading name in contemporary hospitality.
