ARLINGTON, Texas, June 1, 2026 — Caravan Court has officially opened in Arlington, Texas, introducing a 143-room upscale hotel developed by Valencia Hotel Collection in partnership with Division Hotel Management. The property brings a modern hospitality experience to the historic site of the former Caravan Motor Hotel while supporting tourism and visitor growth in the city.
The opening adds new accommodation capacity near Arlington’s major entertainment venues and strengthens the city’s position as a destination for leisure, sports and business travelers.

Caravan Court Arlington combines mid-century design influences with contemporary guest amenities. Located at 205 N. Collins Street, the hotel pays tribute to the original Caravan Motor Hotel, which opened in 1961, while introducing modern facilities designed for today’s travelers.
The property includes 143 guestrooms, seven suites, a resort-style swimming pool, indoor and outdoor social spaces, dining venues and event-friendly gathering areas.
Design Celebrates Historic Motor Court Heritage
The hotel incorporates architectural and design elements inspired by classic American road-trip culture. Guestrooms feature retro-inspired furnishings alongside modern conveniences including smart televisions, wireless charging stations, Nespresso machines and SMEG refrigerators.
