The Omni Raleigh hotel is set to become a major addition to North Carolina’s hospitality landscape, with development progressing toward a planned opening in late 2028. The Omni Raleigh hotel will feature 29 stories and approximately 600 guest rooms, making it one of the largest hospitality developments in the area. Its strategic location between the Raleigh Convention Center and the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts positions it as a central hub for visitors attending events, conferences, and cultural activities.
A major highlight of the Omni Raleigh hotel is its extensive meeting and event space. The property will include a 20,000-square-foot ballroom and a total of 61,000 square feet of meeting facilities. Notably, the hotel will introduce North Carolina’s first Bob’s Steak & Chop House, along with a unique coffee shop concept developed in collaboration with premium lifestyle brand Peter Millar.
