Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island has announced the promotion of Manas Lal to the position of Hotel Manager, recognising his exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to elevating guest experiences at one of Ras Al Khaimah’s most sought-after beach resorts.

In his expanded role, Manas will oversee the strategic direction of the resort with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, team development, operational efficiency, and brand uplift. As the resort recently completed a major renovation, he will also spearhead efforts to ensure the refreshed rooms, public spaces, and upgraded facilities continue to enhance the guest journey and reinforce the property’s premium positioning within the region.

Manas has been an integral part of Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island for the past four years, most recently serving as Director of Operations, where he significantly contributed to service quality, commercial performance, and process improvement.
His career spans respected hospitality brands across India and the UAE, giving him a strong foundation in hotel operations, revenue enhancement, quality assurance, and guest engagement. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted leader within the organization.
