AHP to Present ‘Aatithya Mandapam, Powered by Hotremai’ at AAHAR 2026 with 400+ Hospitality Professionals Competing
The Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP) will present AHP Aatithya Mandapam, powered by Hotel & Restaurant Equipment Manufacturers Association of India (HOTREMAI) during AAHAR 2026, one of India’s leading hospitality and food service exhibitions.
The initiative will take place from March 10 to March 14, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, located in Hall No. 1 of the exhibition venue. The pavilion has been designed as a dedicated platform for professionals from Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, and Sales disciplines within the hospitality industry.
Over the five-day event, more than 400 hospitality professionals from across the country are expected to compete in 15 national-level competition categories. The competitions will be evaluated by 70 jury members, including senior industry experts and hospitality leaders. Additionally, more than 200 senior management representatives, including Vice Presidents, CEOs, and General Managers from leading hospitality organisations, are expected to attend the event.
The competitions will feature a wide range of skill-based categories including Art of Bed Making, Stain Removal Challenge, Guess the Linen (Blindfold Test), Design Your Own Hotel, Situation Handling in Front Office, Sales Pitch for Housekeeping Equipment, Sales Pitch for Hotel Linen, Art of Towel Folding, Art of Napkin Folding, Art of Table Setup, and The Fragrance – Flower Arrangement Show.
Alongside the competitions, AHP Aatithya Mandapam will also host a series of masterclasses and panel discussions covering emerging trends in the hospitality sector. Topics will include artificial intelligence in hospitality operations, inclusivity in the hospitality industry, hotel sales strategies, guest experience management, and evolving service standards.
The initiative aims to provide a national platform for hospitality professionals to showcase their skills, exchange industry knowledge, and interact with senior leadership from across the hospitality ecosystem. Through this initiative, AHP seeks to strengthen professional standards while promoting structured skill development within the industry.
Speaking about the initiative, Devipshita Gautam, Founder and Chairperson of AHP, stated that the platform has been designed to provide structured recognition to professionals working across Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Sales. The national-level competitions aim to encourage skill enhancement, industry benchmarking, and greater professional engagement across the hospitality sector.
