His career journey spans globally recognised hospitality brands including Accor, Marriott International, ITC Hotels, and The Den, where he has contributed across pre-opening projects, large-scale HR operations, and organisational transformation initiatives.

Currently leading the People & Culture function at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach & The Bheemili Resort, Sai Kumar oversees comprehensive HR operations across two prominent properties. His responsibilities include workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, compliance governance, performance management, and organisational development, ensuring alignment between business goals and human capital strategies.

An MBA in Human Resources & Marketing, Sai Kumar combines strategic insight with hands-on operational expertise. Known for building inclusive, resilient, and high-performing teams, he has played a key role in strengthening employee relations, enhancing talent pipelines, and driving digital HR systems that support sustainable business growth.

His professional contributions have earned recognition at national and brand-level platforms. In 2025, he was named National Winner – Head of Human Resources at the 9th BW Hotelier Indian Hospitality Awards. He was also recognised as Resilient Talent & Culture Manager at the 11th Accor India Talent & Culture Meet. These honours underline his ability to lead with integrity, adaptability, and a deep commitment to people development.
