Jagadish Dadi Nominated for HCP Human Resources Award 2026 – The People’s Choice for Hospitality Excellence
Jagadish Dadi, Senior Manager – Human Resources at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (GMR RGIA Airport), is nominated for the HCP HR Award 2026.
As the hospitality industry continues to honour professionals who shape organisational success through strategic people leadership, nominations for the HCP Human Resources Award 2026 – The People’s Choice for Hospitality Excellence have brought several accomplished HR leaders into focus. Among this year’s distinguished nominees is Jagadish Dadi, Senior Manager – Human Resources at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., operating at GMR Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad.
With over 16 years of extensive experience in hospitality human resources, Jagadish Dadi is widely recognised as a performance-driven HR leader with deep expertise in pre-opening hotels, airport hospitality operations, and large-scale workforce management. His career spans luxury hotels, international airport environments, and corporate hospitality ventures, where he has consistently delivered compliant, people-centric, and business-aligned HR strategies.
Currently serving as Senior Manager – Human Resources at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Jagadish leads HR operations for over 600 associates across multiple airport hospitality verticals, including lounges, VIP services, food and beverage retail, inflight catering, and hotels. He provides strategic leadership across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance management, performance management, learning and development, and organisational development. His role involves partnering closely with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives while optimising manpower costs and operational efficiency.
Previously, Jagadish served as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources with Gnosis Hospitality LLP – VANTARA, Jamnagar, a Reliance Group venture, where he was part of the corporate leadership and pre-opening team for an ultra-luxury resort and spa project. His responsibilities included developing people strategies, building HR frameworks from inception, and leading talent acquisition, employee experience, rewards, performance management, and learning initiatives.
Jagadish has also held key HR leadership roles with renowned brands such as Surat Marriott Hotel & Spa, Fairfield by Marriott Visakhapatnam, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, HMSHost International, The Airport Hotel Doha (Qatar Airways), Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, and Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC. Across these assignments, he has successfully managed large workforces, ensured 100 percent compliance in HR audits, and contributed to successful pre-opening launches and sustained operational excellence.
His professional excellence has been recognised at multiple prestigious platforms. Jagadish was named Business HR Leader of the Year 2022 by the HR Association of India, received the Hotelier India Award for HR Manager of the Year 2021 (Upscale to Mid-Market), and was honoured as HR Manager of the Year at the HRD Awards Asia 2021. He has also been listed among the Power 25 HR Leaders by Hotelier Web across South East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Academically, Jagadish holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Andhra University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from GITAM University. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. His technical expertise includes leading HRIS and payroll platforms such as PeopleSoft, SPINE HRMS, GreytHR, PeopleStrong, and KEKA.
