Steve Sabol has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio

The award-winning La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas, is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Director of Food & Beverage, Steve Sabol. Steve is a results-driven leader with nearly 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Prior to joining La Cantera Resort & Spa, Steve served five years with Davidson Hotels & Resorts, including roles such as Director of Food & Beverage for Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort where he increased department profit and F&B revenues; the Complex Director of Food & Beverage for Islamorada Resort Collection where he successfully transitioned four luxury resorts in the Florida Keys to new ownership; and Director of Food & Beverage for Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa. La Cantera Resort & Spa is situated atop the highest elevation point in San Antonio, Texas, on a 550-acre tranquil oasis near the city's finest attractions.
