Chef Amit’s career has seen him serve as Executive Chef at renowned establishments like Coorg Marriott Resort & Spa and Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, where he transformed the culinary landscapes of these properties. His recent tenure at Coorg Marriott saw him leading the culinary team with excellence, ensuring the resort’s reputation as a sought-after dining destination. At Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, Chef Amit was responsible for the overall culinary operations of a 253-key hotel with three F&B outlets, banquets, and in-room dining services. His leadership was instrumental in positioning the property as a premier F&B destination in the capital city.
