HYDERABAD, May 19, 2026 — Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa has appointed Diksha Prasad as Front Office Manager. Prasad brings more than a decade of hospitality experience to the role, having worked across front office operations, guest services and pre-opening hotel management with some of the industry's most recognised global brands.
The appointment adds seasoned front-of-house leadership to one of Hyderabad's newest full-service resort addresses a 115-room property set across 20 acres in India's Biotech Hub, which opened in late 2025 as Hilton's debut in Hyderabad.
Diksha Prasad's Career Across Global Hospitality Brands
Prasad has built her career across Marriott International, Hyatt, Hilton and Taj Hotels, four of the most operationally demanding names in global hospitality. That breadth of exposure means she has worked within different service cultures, brand operating standards and guest engagement frameworks at each stop.
Her experience includes pre-opening hotel operations, a function that requires structured planning, team formation, systems setup and operational readiness well before a property receives its first guest. Few front office managers arrive in a role with that kind of hands-on launch experience.
Her wider skill set covers front office SOP development, team leadership, VIP guest handling, guest relations and property management systems, the operational toolkit for running a high-volume resort front desk.

Prasad will oversee check-in and check-out operations, VIP guest services, Hilton Honors member experiences and pre-arrival communication across the resort. She will also lead upselling initiatives and ensure the team holds to Hilton's service and safety standards day to day.
The resort offers 115 guest rooms including 13 pool villas and six suites, four dining venues, 89,000 sq. ft. of event space, the eforea spa, making its India debut here and a recreational zone covering basketball, pickleball, cricket, futsal, mini golf and tennis. At a property of this scale and variety, the front office sits at the centre of guest flow.
