Jitendra N. joins Green Park Hotels and Resorts Hyderabad as General Manager with 23 years across Hyatt, Radisson and Holiday Inn Hotels.

HYDERABAD — Green Park Hotels and Resorts Limited has appointed Jitendra N. as General Manager for its Hyderabad property. He brings over 23 years of hospitality experience spanning culinary leadership, food and beverage management and senior property operations across India, the Middle East and the United States.
He joins from Boudl Hotels and Resorts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he served as General Manager. Before that he was Director of Food and Beverage at Hyatt Centric Dehradun.
Jitendra N. Built Career Across Hyatt, Radisson and International Hotel Brands
He spent over ten years within the Hyatt Hotels Corporation network in India across successive culinary leadership roles. He served as Executive Chef at Hyatt Hotels Hyderabad, managing a team of over 45 and driving annual food and beverage revenue to 22 crores. At Holiday Inn Cochin he led a team of 50 chefs and delivered 17 crores in annual F&B revenue with an 85% Medallia guest satisfaction score.
Jitendra led pre-opening culinary operations at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala as Executive Chef, setting up kitchens and designing menus across six outlets from the ground up. At Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa he managed Da Luigi, an Italian trattoria that earned both the 100% Italian Award and the Ospitalita Italiana seal of quality.
His international experience includes a management trainee posting at The Peabody Memphis in the United States, working under Chef Reinaldo Alfonso at the fine dining French-Asian restaurant Chez-Phillipe. He also worked as a Commis Chef at Hilton London Gatwick earlier in his career.
He started his hospitality journey as a pre-opening team member and Commis Chef at Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
