With more than 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Cecilia brings strategic insight, operational excellence, and a guest-first mindset to this leadership role.
A Proven Leader in Hong Kong’s Luxury Hospitality Scene
Cecilia Lo is a familiar and respected name within the hospitality industry in Hong Kong. Her impressive two-decade career reflects her ability to navigate complex market conditions, drive performance, and lead transformative hospitality initiatives with innovation and resilience.
Most recently, Cecilia served as General Manager of K11 ARTUS, where she was instrumental in not only leading day-to-day operations but also contributing to the brand’s growth and innovation. She collaborated on new projects from concept and design through to construction, including developments outside of Hong Kong. Her role also included conducting feasibility studies for expanding the ARTUS brand, reinforcing her capability in strategic planning and brand development.
