JW Marriott Goa has announced the appointment of Yojan Gandha Das as its new Director of Operations, further strengthening the hotel’s leadership team with a seasoned hospitality professional who brings over a decade of experience in luxury hotel operations.
Yojan began her hospitality journey in guest relations, where her intuitive guest-centric approach and natural leadership abilities quickly distinguished her. Her dedication to service excellence and operational precision enabled her steady rise through key leadership roles across renowned hospitality brands including Accor, Taj Hotels, and Marriott International.
Throughout her career, Yojan has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline operational processes, elevate service standards, and consistently deliver measurable results. Her experience spans diverse hotel operations, earning her a reputation for operational excellence and people-focused leadership.
In her new role at JW Marriott Goa, Yojan will oversee the hotel’s core operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Culinary, and Spa. Her leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued delivery of JW Marriott’s signature service standards and memorable guest experiences.
