Aman Nai Lert Bangkok Blends Heritage and Luxury

Aman Nai Lert Bangkok brings the heritage of a century old forest into the heart of the Thai capital. The hotel opened in April 2025 inside Nai Lert Park, Maeil Business Newspaper reported. It offers 52 suites, a large spa and a pool shaded by an old tree.

Aman Nai Lert Bangkok Preserves a Family Legacy

Aman means peace in Sanskrit. The brand opened Amanpuri in Phuket in 1988. It now runs 36 locations worldwide. Aman Nai Lert Bangkok is its third urban hotel after Tokyo and New York. It is also the second Aman in Thailand.

The land has a story. Nai Lert founded his business in 1894 and led the modernization of Bangkok. His group built Thailand's first modern hotel, the city's first bus business and its first ice factory. He later bought a primeval forest. His family used it for rest. It became the first private botanical garden in Thailand.

His great granddaughter Napapon Lek Bodiratnangura now protects the park. The hotel left the forest intact. A branch of a 100 year old tree grows through the building. Lek revised the design to protect the tree.

Aman Nai Lert Hotel Suites Are the Largest in Bangkok

All 52 rooms are suites. The basic room covers 94 square meters, the largest in Bangkok. Guests can choose Deluxe rooms facing north or Premier rooms facing west and south. Seven Premier corner rooms have 270 degree windows.

The Terrace Suite on the 17th floor covers 114 square meters and suits sunset lovers. The Aman Suite fills the entire 18th floor. It spans 566 to 713 square meters. It has a dedicated spa room with a sauna, hot and cold baths, a study and a dining room.

Beds use Italian Frette linens. Bathrooms have a large round tub and a marble shower.

Dining and Wellness at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok

The ninth floor holds Arba, an Italian restaurant with an open kitchen. It also has afternoon tea and Lounge 1872, named after the founder's birth year. The 19th floor houses Sushi Omakase Sesui and Teppanyaki Hiori. Both open only in the evening. Live music plays nightly in the Aman Lounge.

The Aman Spa on the 10th floor covers 1,500 square meters. It offers traditional massage and Russian sauna facilities. Guests can try a massage with tools made from lightning struck teak. A rice compress oil massage is also available. The floor also has a Pilates studio, a fitness center and a salon.

Medical wellness on the eighth floor offers blood test based diagnosis, nutritional injections, cryotherapy and stem cell programs. A 25 meter outdoor pool on the ninth floor sits under the old tree.

Location and Guest Touches at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok

The hotel sits on about 2.8 hectares in Nai Lert Park. Ploenchit BTS Station is within walking distance. Luxury malls are close on foot. Check in takes place in the ninth floor lobby. Guests receive welcome tea there. A mansion built in 1915 now serves as a museum. Guests can tour it for free.
