Cyana Malta restaurant opens this Saturday, 10 October 2026, at Hard Rock Hotel Malta. The new rooftop venue sits 11 floors above St Julian's. It brings contemporary Greek cooking and wide Mediterranean views to Malta's newest five star hotel.

Chef Spiros Tzilis heads the kitchen. His career has taken him from his home city of Thessaloniki across Greece, Europe and the Middle East. He now brings that experience to Malta.
