Meeting Demand in Emerging Markets

Designed for both short and extended stays, the property will offer modern rooms and amenities tailored to business travellers and guests seeking quality mid‑scale accommodation in a key industrial belt.

Continuing Growth for Garner in India

This franchise continues the partnership between IHG and UHM, which already has three other Garner Hotels in development in India, underscoring the brand’s expansion in tier‑two and emerging cities.

Conclusion

The signing of Garner Bhiwadi demonstrates IHG’s strategic focus on growing its mid‑scale footprint in India’s dynamic hospitality market, particularly in fast‑growing regions where quality branded lodging is in strong demand.
