Holiday Inn South Kingstown renovation has officially been completed as Procaccianti Companies and TPG Hotels & Resorts continue investing in Rhode Island’s hospitality market.

Located in Saunderstown within the South County region, the renovated Holiday Inn South Kingstown property has undergone a comprehensive modernization project focused on enhancing guest experiences, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value.

The hotel renovation project included extensive upgrades to guestrooms, public areas, meeting facilities, and interior finishes to better align with current IHG Hotels & Resorts brand standards.

The four-story South Kingstown hotel features 107 guestrooms and remains strategically positioned near the University of Rhode Island and several popular New England beach destinations. The property primarily serves leisure travellers, family vacations, small group events, and regional business travel.
