The wine pairing there costs €1,650, the highest in the survey. On New Year's Day, Le Dalí serves a €215 brunch from 12.30pm.

The Crillon is decorating its salons on the theme of Jules Verne's Extraordinary Voyages. Bar Les Ambassadeurs offers a DJ, a singer and a saxophonist. Canapés are served all night. The party needs two guests minimum. Nonos can be booked online.
