Atlanta, USA – October 18, 2025 — Peachtree Group (“Peachtree”), a leading commercial real estate investment firm managing a diversified portfolio valued at over $8 billion, has announced the appointment of Lindsay Monge as its new Executive Vice President of Asset Management. In his new role, Monge will oversee Peachtree’s extensive hospitality and real estate assets, focusing on driving portfolio performance, strategic planning, and value creation across the company’s investments.
Bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across hospitality, real estate investment, and operations, Monge joins Peachtree following an accomplished career that spans some of the industry’s most respected organizations.
Most recently, Monge served as President of Seaview Investors, where he led asset management and day-to-day operations for a portfolio of eight Marriott and Hilton-branded upscale hotels in California. His leadership resulted in operational efficiencies and sustained value growth across multiple properties.
Before Seaview Investors, Monge spent nearly 16 years at Sunstone Hotel Investors, where he advanced to Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer. In this capacity, he oversaw corporate functions and contributed to managing the company’s $3.9 billion asset base, playing a pivotal role in strategic initiatives and organizational development.
His career also includes senior executive roles at MagnaFlow as Chief Operating Officer and at Alpha Wave Investors as Chief Administrative Officer and Partner, where he directed strategic planning, growth initiatives, and asset repositioning strategies that enhanced overall investment performance.
Monge’s early career began in the hospitality sector with Hilton’s Executive Management Program at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, followed by management roles at The Westgate Hotel, establishing a strong foundation in hotel operations and guest service excellence.
Academically, Monge holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration, and has completed executive education in the LEAD Business Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
