Burger Singh Expands Bengaluru Footprint With 80 Outlet Plan
Burger Singh Bengaluru expansion will grow to 80 outlets with 100 more planned across Karnataka. Discover the brand's growth strategy.
BENGALURU, July 20, 2026 — Burger Singh has announced an aggressive expansion strategy for Bengaluru, revealing plans to increase its presence from eight operational outlets to 80 across the city while adding another 100 restaurants throughout Karnataka. The announcement marks the company's fastest city-level expansion since its launch in 2014.
The expansion follows strong customer demand in Bengaluru, where the brand says its existing restaurants have outperformed expectations. Five additional outlets are currently in the fit-out stage and are expected to open within the coming month.
Burger Singh Bengaluru expansion gains momentum
According to Burger Singh, Bengaluru has emerged as its fastest-growing market in India. The company believes the city's strong customer response has accelerated its expansion timeline, making Karnataka a strategic growth region for the homegrown quick-service restaurant (QSR) chain.
The latest announcement will increase Burger Singh's national footprint beyond its existing network of more than 200 outlets spread across over 100 cities.
Customer response drives faster rollout
The company credited part of Bengaluru's growth to the success of its Big Singh Feast activation held in November 2025. The promotional event attracted more than 15,000 registrations and served over 3,300 complimentary meals in a single day across Sarjapur, HSR Layout and BTM Layout.
Management said the scale of customer participation reinforced Bengaluru's potential as one of the company's most promising markets.
"Every market teaches you something about pace, and Bengaluru has taught us to move faster than we've ever moved before. Going from eight outlets to 80 isn't incremental growth. This is now officially our fastest-growing market in the country, and with another 100 more outlets planned across Karnataka, we're backing that momentum with real commitment," said Nitin Rana, Co-founder of Burger Singh.
Franchise expansion remains a priority
Alongside company growth, Burger Singh is actively seeking franchise partners across Bengaluru and Karnataka. The expansion strategy aims to strengthen its presence in one of India's fastest-growing quick-service restaurant markets while creating new business opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
Customers at the new outlets will continue to find Burger Singh's signature Indian-inspired burgers, including Nikku Singh, Churmur Pandey, Udta Punjab 2.0 and Chunky Paneer Pandey.
Homegrown burger brand continues nationwide growth
Founded in Gurugram in 2014, Burger Singh has positioned itself as a made-in-India burger chain focused on flavours designed for Indian consumers. The company now operates across major metropolitan cities as well as emerging markets, expanding its reach through a combination of company-owned and franchise-operated restaurants.
The Karnataka expansion represents the brand's largest city-focused growth initiative to date as it continues to strengthen its national restaurant network.
