NEW DELHI, July 18, 2026 — The Institute of Bakery & Culinary Arts (IBCA) has extended the application deadline for its IBCA Scholarship 2026, giving aspiring culinary professionals additional time to apply for financial assistance of up to ₹1 lakh. The scholarship programme aims to support more than 400 students pursuing professional bakery and culinary education across India.

Students can apply for several professional programmes, including an 18-month Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts (Level 3), an 18-month Advanced Diploma in Pastry (Level 3), a 12-month Diploma in Culinary Arts (Level 2), a 12-month Diploma in Pastry Arts (Level 2) and a four-month Certificate Course in Pastry (Level 1).
IBCA also offers specialised culinary and pastry hobby courses for learners interested in developing baking and cooking skills without pursuing full-time diploma programmes.

IBCA maintains affiliations with organisations including City & Guilds (UK), the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (London), the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council of India, the Australian National Institute of Business and Technology and the National Skills Development Corporation.
