DELHI, June 12, 2026 — Several new dining and café destinations have opened across Delhi-NCR in 2026, adding variety to the region’s food and drink landscape as consumers seek fresh places to eat, drink and gather.

French bakery and café brand PAUL has also strengthened its regional footprint with a new store at Unity One Elegante Mall in Pitampura, offering artisanal breads, patisserie and classic café culture to local diners. 

In Greater Kailash II and other parts of the city, FES Cafe is rapidly expanding with a cookie-led concept that blends dessert culture with café social space, aiming to create a community-driven experience around baked goods and beverages. 

Restaurant openings with diverse cuisines

Delhi-NCR’s restaurant scene has also seen a notable uptick in new entries. In central markets such as Khan Market,  kitchen serving ramen, sushi and dim sum for city dwellers on the move. 

The all-day concept IKI & GAI debuted at Sangam Courtyard, blending daytime café dining with curated evening bar service and cocktails, creating a day-to-night venue for global comfort food and drinks. 

Other openings in recent months include venues like NAO in Noida with authentic Pan-Asian dishes and expanded dining bars, as well as comfort-driven restaurants such as the new Blue Water Grille outlet in Malviya Nagar, catering to everyday meals with familiar favourites.
